I got fantastic value for my money with a spacious and immaculate room. The location was perfect, just steps from the subway, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Breakfast selection could use a wider variety of options.

The location was fantastic! It’s just a short walk to the train station and surrounded by tons of food and shopping options. I loved how quiet the rooms were, plus the windows open for fresh air, which was a nice touch. The free washing machines were definitely a lifesaver for my weekend trip.
The breakfast was a huge letdown. Just some noodles and broth—definitely not what I expected! the check-in was all online, which felt weird and unwelcoming. If you had any issues, good luck solving them. Plus, our tablet for checking out malfunctioned, causing extra stress. Not cool.

I recently stayed for three nights at a fantastic hotel while exploring the city, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is amazing, just a short walk to Hakata Station and right next to a subway entrance. My room was spotless, featuring a little fridge, versatile lighting options, and handy charging ports in the headboard. Plus, the digital check-in was smooth and available in multiple languages. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed their traditional breakfast options.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers a free breakfast with uton noodles, which is a simple but tasty option for those who like soup in the morning. the location of the hotel is also a plus since it's conveniently located close to a train station, which is great for independent travelers. the hotel offers free amenities such as towel and toilet paper refills, making the stay more comfortable.
The check-in process can be challenging, as there's no staff on site to assist if any issues arise. the tablets used for check-in and other purposes in the rooms can be problematic with frequent restarts.

During my New Year's stay, the hotel offered a great breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I enjoyed the modern and cozy room's fresh linen, comfortable pillows, and clean bathroom.
The hotel's check-in process was not without problems. The tablet used for self-check-in was not working properly, and getting assistance from the operator via video call was not efficient or helpful.
